Another blank from North Fork Composite, which is very popular among anglers.

Lightweight, powerful and with a very sensitive tip, a powerful all-around for those who like "straight backs".

The look of the rod is classic and sober as always.

I used a beautiful maple burl from the USA, the polished aluminium hardware comes from "Struble" but I added some modifications to increase its uniqueness.

Delicious Light brown Japanese silk and light yellow tips block SB's snakes and a beautiful light brown-variegated “perfect” agate.

I hope she will be a fishing companion up to every challenge !

Un altro grezzo di North Fork Composite, che ha molto successo tra i pescatori.

Leggero, potente e con un vettino molto sensibile, un all-around potente per quelli che amano le "schiene dritte".

Il look della canna è classico e sobrio come sempre.

Ho usato un bellissimo frammento di radica di acero, proveniente dagli USA, l'hardware in alluminio lucido proviene da "Struble" ma ho aggiunto una modifiche per aumentare l'unicità.

Una deliziosa seta giapponese marrone chiaro e filetti giallo chiaro bloccano le serpentine di SB e una bellissima agata "pefect" marrone chiaro-variegato.

Spero che sarà una compagna di pesca all'altezza di ogni sfida !

This is a beautiful blank from CTS with a great character, typical of the Affinity series.

The rod is designed for nymph techniques but can also be used for light dry fly fishing.

The look is modern and clean, all in tones of warm yellow, with touches of red rich in significance.

For the spacer, I chose a beautiful fragment of stabilised box elder combined with a beautiful Struble champagne hardware that blends with a slim-fit grip offering exceptional comfort.

The fly line will slide through the lightweight "Snake Brand" rings and into a beautiful "Perfect" stripping guide made of yellow agate.

I installed ferrule rings for safety and to create a more attractive aesthetic effect.

Japanese silk for yellow/honey wraps and honey tips complete the assembly.

I hope this rod will be the companion of many adventures....

Questo è un bel grezzo di casa CTS con un bel carattere, tipico della serie Affinity.

La canna è pensata per la tecnica della ninfa ma può regalare soddisfazioni anche per una secca leggera.

Il look è moderno e pulito, tutto sulle tonalità del giallo caldo, con accenni di rosso "ricchi di significato".

Per lo spacer ho scelto un bellissimo frammento di box elder stabilizzato unito ad una splendida meccanica di Struble champagne che si fonde con uno grip slim-fit dal notevole confort.

La coda scivolerà attraverso le leggerissimi anelli di "Snake Brand" e in un bellissimo stipping guide "Perfect" in agata gialla.

Ho inserito dei ferrule rings per la sicurezza e per un effetto estetico aumentato. 

Seta giapponese per legature giallo/miele e filetti miele completano il montaggio.

L' azione è veloce e potente, e al contempo, sensibile e piacevole in pesca... anche a secca.

Mi auguro che questa canna sarà la compagnia di molte avventure....

Another gorgeous Kabuto in a beautiful dark yellow shade, my latest work from 2025.

A highly sensitive rod with deep progression and powerful butt when needed.

The rod has a simple look, in keeping with my style of building rods.

On this blank, I installed an eccentric spacer, made from a series of bamboo sections (from Tonkin) and a bi-metal hardware in ergal and brass.

The western grip is longer as requested, but the rod is perfectly balanced.

A beautiful orange-red "Perfect" agate stripping guide, silver snake guides and yellow wrap + black thread complete the assembly.

I hope this great rod will give my friend "Orchestra Conductor" a lot of satisfaction!

Un altro stupendo Kabuto di un bellissimo tono giallo scuro, il mio ultimo lavoro del 2025.

Canna molto sensibile, dotata di una profonda progressione e di un butt potente quando serve.

Il look della canna è sobrio, in linea con il mio stile di montaggio.

Su questo grezzo ho montato uno spacer con tornitura eccentrica, realizzato con una serie di sezioni di bamboo (del Tonchino) e una meccanica Bi-metal in ergal e ottone.

Il grip western come richiesto e più lungo ma la canna è perfettamente bilanciata.

Un bellissimo stripping guide in agata "Perfect" rosso arancio, serpentine silver e legature gialle + filetti neri completano il montaggio.

Spero che questa gran canna che darà molte soddisfazioni al mio amico "Maestro" !!
